Complaints policy
If you would like to file a complaint, please contact us via email. support @ swimsuitbabes.com. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days and you will receive an email once it has been done. We will, in accordance with our terms and conditions decide if the complaint is valid. After the decision has been made, the user that complained can appeal to that decision. When the final decision is made, according to us, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed from the website. 

Appeal Policy
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via email support @ swimsuitbabes.com. If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.

Process for Submitting a Takedown Request
Individuals wishing to request an item or item(s) be removed, suppressed, restricted, redacted, edited, etc. on Swimsuit Babes website, can send an email to support @ swimsuitbabes.com that includes the following information:

1. Name and contact information. Whether this request is for yourself or on behalf of another individual (e.g., a guardian on behalf of a minor)
• If anonymity is preferred, please use the Takedown Request Form instead of sending an email. Please note that submitting a request anonymously means the committee will not be able to send confirmations, updates, or provide an opportunity to appeal the decision regarding the request.
2. Link to the item that you are requesting be considered.
3. Recommended action (see above list of potential actions).
4. Reason for submitting this request. Be as descriptive as possible.
5. If you are a model, who was your photographer/videographer.
6. If you are a photographer/videographer, who is the model in question.
   

An email confirmation will be sent upon submission of the takedown request.  At any point, the requestor may contact support @ swimsuitbabes.com to ask for an update on the progress of the request.

Review Process
All takedown requests sent via the webform or to support @ swimsuitbabes.com are reviewed by a dedicated committee.
If the committee deems necessary and the requestor has provided contact information, the committee may contact the requestor for more details.
Depending on the reason for the takedown request (e.g., violates cultural norms, safety, copyright), it may be necessary for the institution to involve external stakeholders such as tribal liaisons, university-level committees, legal counsel, etc., in the decision-making process.

During the review process, public access to the item(s) may be restricted, depending on the reason for the takedown request and may be reinstated following the committee’s review.

The requestor can expect to receive a written decision, including an explanation, regarding their request in 5 business days. 

Please note that we have verified all content creators that contract to the Swimsuit Babes website. We will notify relevant parties of any disputes immediately, to resolve the issue in the stated timeframe.
